have you asked a doctor about it? that looks a bit strange for a mole, and it's not very common for them to appear so late in life either (assuming your profile is accurate in saying you're 22)
you should probably go see a doctor when you have a chance. even if it turns out to be nothing, a checkup never hurt anyone
