Im having big trouble trying to find a program or something to cancel out background noise for steam calls, etc.
The microphone volume slider does not work at all on steam. Help plz

steam calls never have good quality, would not recommend

the mic im using does not work like that sadly.
anything i slide it to, theres no difference. its exactly the same

Skype does a great job in removing the background noise but skype lags my game and my friends.

Windows typically has a noise reduction option in the microphone settings, but it depends on your sound driver and mic.
