i don't think marburg is in malawi my meme
def is in africa though though there are a bunch of hemorrhagic fevers like ebola and marburg all across africa so maybe one is there

Only things that I'm not vaccinated for which could harm me is aids and malaria (I have got malarone but it's not 100% safe)

In fact last time I was on malarone I went loving off my bucket with the side effects
