Alphabetical Notes
I use the Cyrillic alphabet because it is the most phonetically accurate alphabet and has phonetics that are natural to the language I am creating.
Phonetic Notes (Cyrillic):
Je [Ј, ј], or En. [J, j] has multiple functions. If at the end of the word, it makes the AY sound in the English word May. If preceding a vowel, it would make the Y sound in the English yet or you. However, these are usually collapsed into [Я, я] or Ja, [Ю, ю] or Ju, [Е, е] or Ye (Using [Э, э], not [Е, е]), and repetitive uses usually are repeated cases like in the word "Нујј", or Nujj (New-Yay), a contraction of "This is", and "Сјо", or Sjo (Syo), meaning "Away".
U [У, у], or En. [U, u] are used as is Ue, or "Straight У" [Ү, ү]. U makes the OO sound like in En. tooth, and Ue makes the sound like you might hear in the German [Ö, ö].
[Р, р] or Er is used for a Tapped R sound like what might be heard in the Welsh pronunciation of right or bright, and [Ῥ, ῥ] is used to notate a Rolled R like what might be heard in the Spanish Rr.
[Њ, њ] and [Љ, љ] are also used to reduce a [Нј<vowel>] and [Лј<vowel>].
Phonetic Notes (Latinized):
Je applies without the reductions like you would see in [Я, я], [Ю, ю], or [Е, е], and simply takes the form [Ja, ja], [Ju, ju], [Je, je], and also in [Jj, jj] and [Jo, jo].
