My phone is acting forgety

So, I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and it keeps on pulling up the google app and changing the volume
I've turned off voice recognition from the google app but it keeps happening
It also appears to act more spastic when calling someone
Other info: i've had this phone for 6 months

My old phone did this too. What I ended up doing was actually disabling any apps that had anything to do with voice recognition, that stopped it.

i imagine that denying access to access voice/microphone services on certain apps would also accomplish the same thing
