Cant reconnect when I lag out of a server

Ikr it happens to me all the time. Every time when I lag out of a server i'm playing cant reconnect to it and I am 100% sure the server wasn't shut down. Do any of you happen to have this issue? If so please tell me if this is a bug or if its just crappy internet.

because when im able to reconnect it is clear they didnt shut down

Sounds like you temporary lose internet connection for some reason.
I am guessing something like problems with your ISP or a defective router.

Can you still browse the internet when this happens?

Yes, also I have a crappy wireless router made by a stuffty corporation called NetGear.
