alright, so first you wanna slow down your posts in the decals subforum as your ideas for decals and faces are not bad but poorly executed, this is not the quality we usually aim for when making this stuff, there's a lot of things wrong with what you make such as
- using paint to make transparent decals (use paint.net or gimp which are free and support transparency)
- not using the base decals and faces as templates
- half-assing work in paint which usually looks bad
- no ingame preview (minor issue)
- topic title is too long (minor issue aswell)
- and packaging it all in .rar files instead of zip (when compressing a file you have three radio buttons, select zip to make it a file that can be opened with any compressed file opener)
- incorrectly named archives (must be decal_ for torso decals and face_ for faces)
and in the meantime i've made my own version of it so you can compare and see what is wrong with yours
