I joined panpour5's city rpg and when i spawned Hoogle started using events to make everyone's screen flash black and white
He used this as an excuse
However, people asked him to stop multiple times
He even told the whole server how he did it, but he actually wanted to abuse radius impulse events first
The admin (Modder The Fox) was about to come, but Hoogle obviously didint care
