I have this in my Sig, save it for when you are able to build and if you're still on a budget.

I HIGHLY recommend you build a PC and wait until you can, trust me you'll be much happier than a prebuilt.
only a dual core processor? an amd fx-6300 outperforms that with 6 cores and it's cheaper.
you could probably push for a better gpu too, maybe like a 960
