Author Topic: My earbuds are not working. Help?  (Read 507 times)

So yeah, my buds aren't working.
When I plug them in, I'm not getting audio.
For some reason my audio is displayed as "Speakers (XSplit  stream   audio  renderer)"

I don't know what happened. It was fine a few days ago.
Can someone explain or help?

do they work on other devices (e.g. phone)?

right click on your sound icon in the bottom right and click playback devices
once you're there, right click on each playback device and press test
once you hear something out of your buds, right click the device you just tested and set as default device and default communication device
if that doesn't work they may be broken

i just got them and they work fine on mobile
