65 is acceptable, 50s - 60s is fine, 70s are okay-ish, anywhere above or below that is too far in either direction

I feel you, on my first day of summer I forgeted up my back/neck, I couldn't move for a few days and was scared I had done some permanent damage. nothin a little home chiropractic couldn't fix though. hope it clears up for you.
