Ever since Windows 10's creators update, every time i close and then open my laptop back up, any windows that aren't maximized get re-adjusted

My internet browser is always maximized, but it was used as an example of what happens, it happens to any window that isn't maximized, even the Steam window, but Windows Explorer windows are only moved to the left a little like my Steam friends list window


Anyone else having this problem? It's kind of a bother
