yo an hour into my shift the power at my hotel went out and smoke came pouring out of the vents. Me, my front-desk buddy, and the chef were the only ones here and we freaked the forget out, unplugged the stuff we thought might've caused a fire and evacuated the building and called the fire department. Luckily there wasn't a fire, it was an electrical problem, but goddamn if I didn't earn my paycheck today lol
