so yesterday some stoned ass lady (in a kia of course) tapped the back of my moms car while i was in it and didnt pull over. she moved to the left turn lane when we were in the right (which is like 4 lanes away as it was a state highway intersection) so we had to take a u-turn to follow her. she drove like 15mph the whole time and we had to keep waving people by, and it took her half an hour to get 3 miles down the road since she kept randomly braking and whatnot. so when we stop she starts pushing her hood down because she claims she "hit a garbage can the other day" and then the cop finally arrives. unfortunately florida is a no fault state so if we were to file a claim for this forgettard hitting our car and leaving the scene of an accident then it'd also go against our insurance. the cop tried as hard as possible to get her off the road, but to no success, and in the end all that happened was we exchanged information, since it was just a paint scratch, and this stuff goes a lot further if anyone wants to talk in voice chat. the lady was endangering the lives of everyone, because she was going between both white lines (the bike lane lines and the actual lane lines) and kept going between 15 mph to 30 mph for no reason a lot.the person that hit us is up herebeing stoned on 3 anti-depressants is down here
