Almost nothing appears in my RTB prefs menu

I recently tried to change some preferences on a couple addons, but they either do not appear at all under the Preferences Tab, or sometimes the preferences tab even states that "This server has no preferences to manage."

Am I using the wrong version of a certain RTB or RTB-esque addon?

Do you also have blockland glass?

Switch to Glass, they'll show there. RTB did the same thing to me with and without glass installed.
