Author Topic: Non-Steam Blockland Fails to Properly Run After Launch  (Read 727 times)

Title says all.
I'm pissed, my Non-Steam Blockland just stops working after launch.  Is it something I'm missing/doing wrong?

Questions that I'll answer right now.

OS?: OSX Yosemite (Yeah, I own a Mac, problem?)
Did it work before?:  Damn right it did.
What did you try to get it to work?:  Reinstall, numerous times.
Why not use Steam Blockland?:  I hate Steam BL, it's absolute crap and not optimized at all.

Can you install wine/parallels desktop and run the windows version of Blockland? That'll probably fix it for a while.

Lmao. Like the normal one is better.

I know I put my opinion in there, but I didn't ask for your opinion as well.

I'll actually try that, too.  Let me see if it works, I'll get to you on that.

zeblotes pointing out the fact steam bl is not different from normal bl in any way other than maybe the steam overlay, which you can turn off.

Except that it's almost completely broken for Mac users. Blockland on Mac has a steam specific problem that they've been using a workaround for.
