Man shot by cops for no reason

it's ok guys, the cop has an excuse. he was aiming for the unarmed autistic person.... not like thats way worse or anything...

I call BS on this. When the cop was asked about the shooting, he was like "I shot him cuz IDK". If this was actually true he would say "I was trying to aim for the other guy but I missed.

I don't know why a cop would shoot a man on the ground with arms up and not a kid who isn't complying telling people to shut up.

I believe he missed because if he was purposely aiming for that black guy he would be dead.
