Unlocked. Everything is back to normal.

I manage to get the duplicator problem fixed with an older blue one but, the building structure is very inaccurate and hard to build. So,  I have to start from scratch.

Here is a image to prove my point:

The Casino is too wide, the wing would over lap and the outside windows would be a bitch. The Atrium Tower is too tiny. and finally, while I liked the sign. It was too small. So, because of how the building is unfixable (I tried shortening the casino but, it didn't work)
