Well I click to install it, sometimes it'll actually install and other times it'll just stop and ask me to install it again, but it'll keep doing the same thing over. Other times I'll get far enough to launch Minecraft itself, but then it'll load completely and just close and go back to the Technic Launcher.

do you have a 64 bit computer?
if so, get the 64 bit version of java. the default download on the website is 32-bit, which is loving stupid.

i just installed java 64 bit, bit of a pain in the ass to find too lol since they dont refer to the 64bit version much on Orcale's site...
