Did you even test this? Did you even follow a guide? You really need to know what you're doing before you do it.
- If you made this in Audacity you should've been able to lower the volume.
- You just saved it as an Audacity Project file, not exported it as an OGG file.
- I can't even go into the file to see if you did it right because I don't have the project folder for it.
I suggest just starting over.
1. Go to effects then go to amplify and make the number negative.
2. Don't just click the X and click save, that won't work.
3. You need to go to File, then go to Export Audio.
4. Name the file whatever you want, but make sure the title has none of the following: Parentheses, a number at the beginning, or spaces.
5. Change the Format to Ogg Vorbis Files.
6. Export it.
7. Ensure the file is under 1 MB. If it isn't, ask for help.
