Mostly detroit, but he has other videos in Flint or St. Louis. He drives around these cities and films the activity of the streets around him as well as the neighborhoods themselves.

I watched a couple Detroit ones. How can someone live in those kinds of conditions?

Because no one cares about this kind of stuff and Black Lives Matter is too busy trying to turn Milwaukee into the new Detroit.

i've been watching charlie occasionally for a few months, now, his videos are pretty cool

admittedly i like the look of poor places & slummy areas
