Can someone help me get AM2R working?

I've downloaded the zip file. Now what?

unpack it to a folder and run AM2R.exe

The file is called "AM2R_11_copy" and it has two files in it, one being a text document file called "md5" and then the "AM2R_11.zip" file. So do I unpack both or do I even need md5?
