Chat not showing what people are saying

When I was playing Tezuni Prison Escape for about an hour, I could see everybody chatting, but all the sudden it just stopped. I couldn't see what anybody else was saying in chat anymore. It was stuck at what the previous person said. I even tried disconnecting and re-connecting, but that didn't solve it. Can someone help me please?

It is probably a hiccup.
Rejoining may not help because a lot stays loaded in your memory.
But restarting Blockland may help.
If that didn't work either, try restarting your computer.

Normally it should be fixed.
But if it isn't the case, the problem lies deeper.

Yeah this is usually the culprit

Did the chat disappear COMPLETELY?
If so, go to Options > Advanced and change the Chat Time (ms) to about 3000 or 5000.

This is in MILLISECONDS, and 1000 of those equal one second.
What I'm saying is,
You probably changed the Chat Time on accident and I'm providing you with an easy fix. It happened to me too.
