Opera's (the browser) developer version has a VPN built in. I used it to route my connection through Canada so I could watch the Olympics online.

I used onavo protect for a while until my school blocked vpns all together. Worked like a charm when it did

you can setup a t2.micro instance on a AWS server somewhere and keep changing the IP/port every time you get caught and taking advantage of the free tier as well
