just listened to the new Gambino record, pretty good. I enjoy his obvious George Clinton / Bootsy Collins influence. I will certainly have to revisit it a lot more to let everything soak in but I enjoyed the first impression it gave off, even if some songs felt weak at first (zombies)

Zombies was one of my favorite songs, I thought California was the weakest. That being said this is not a hip hop album in any way so don't be disappointed ppl

same, California is definitely an oddball and I considered skipping it upon first listen but sat through it, other than that I am absolutely in love with this album and is probably the best album release of this year by far.
oh ye it was funny, I got my hands on this album a day prior to release and had to show everyone at my work because they couldn't wait one more day for release, they loved it though so no complaints here.

Bold ass claim for something that's been out like 2 days now. but it does feel like one of the better releases this year. Pretty cool that you got it early.
