School and hygiene have been pretty tough living out of the back of a truck. My mother has a pet rat and the stupid thing's cage takes up a lot of space and she insists we take it everywhere with us.

A lot of people have rats as pets; she just refuses to let the animal shelter take it. It was even worse when we had both the rat and a dog.
