Who cares? It wouldn't even loving work because Fallout 4 has essential NPCs.

While New Vegas doesn't so people can forget up your quests which adds a whole new level of intense quests.

I remember seeing older videos of things like this, I think there was a Skyrim attempt as well but I don't know how well that one went; So is this like a more complete version?

Still the greatest Fallout game IMO. Hopefully I can try this mod out sometime.
