Events not working?

I have recently started hosting dedicated servers.
I tried using an event, and it didn't store the output text I entered.
Can someone please help me?

Pretty much every event using text or dropdowns in output extras.

I am hosting a dedicated server though, where do I find the console log for the server? Note that there are a lot of mods in the dedicated server.

start dedicated server.
join server.
attempt to use events.
stop server.
post the entire console.log which can be found in the folder you're running the dedicated server from.
