Allows super admins to revoke/grant the ability to orb to non admins via the commands

/orbGrant	<name>
/revokeOrb	<name>
/remOrb	<name>
/removeOrb	<name>
/orbRevoke	<name>
/orbRem	<name>
/orbRemove	<name>
/toggleOrb	<name>
/orbToggle	<name>

as you can see there are multiple variants of each server cmd because i find that its easy to remember the exact names of server commands so i added several of each, their titles should be self explanatory
