There are options for all models to have either one. Most of the floor model evos are the white ones too.
But I got the last one within reasonable oder in Minnesota of 2014s. So I got the low profile Evo that comes in electric blue. No spoiler or vented hood on those ones. Though I had those put on lol.

There are like the less sporty business class evos.

No I mean, there is the Lancer and the Lancer EVO. but nevermind
