As somebody voting for hillary, I am confident this probably won't lead to her arrest... :(

third thing: the e-mails in question aren't from clinton, they're from/to an aide that used the same server.
If they're was confidential information coming through that server, it doesn't matter that it was an aide who sent it, because it was Clinton's private server, and as we already know, she did have confidential information on her server.

sure, but i'm not sure how that would change their recommendation if there were already confidential information that they found before. also, again, we still don't know if these e-mails contain any confidential information.

the most likely situation is that nothing happens, not because of corruption, but because this is almost certainly nothing unlike what was already investigated previously.

If it does she lied to the FBI.

On top of that, she should already be in prison for tampering with evidence.

what lie has she told about these specific e-mails? anything prior to this is already dealt with, and if you mean she lied about there being confidential information, then why wouldn't it be a problem when they found confidential information before?

Wikileaks has revealed that Clinton deleted emails knowingly and that her campaign knew about it (even they were anxious about it). That's obstructing an investigation. That's illegal.

It doesn't matter if the emails are clean or not, she should be in prison already. That's what Matthew's saying.
