That's not how the crossposting rule works. It's meant for topics being posted in different boards.
For example, someone who posts the same topic in General Discussion as Help, or the same in Off Topic as Games.
It's not about the repeated posting of things in different topics as, with context, that is spamming.
Even if this were crossposting though, in all my years here I've never seen anyone even slapped on the wrist for it, let alone banned. So to call for anyone to be punished for it is reaching for straws really.
