ucp = universal camoflauge pattern (digital)
ocp = operational camoflauge pattern (the one I wear)
The uniform is called your acus (army combat uniform) or ocps (cause that's what the camo is called)
I got issued ocp acus and all my ta50 (flc, assault pack, ach, etc) was ucp, minus the camelbak, which you get to keep
