SEOUL — South Koreans massed in the streets of central Seoul Saturday, preparing for the largest protest yet against scandal-plagued President Park Geun-hye.

Police expected up that a demonstration on the main street leading to the presidential Blue House could draw as many as 170,000 people, although organizers hoped to have up to 1 million participants. Either figure would far surpass the official estimate of 80,000 people who took to Seoul’s streets in 2008 to protest imports of American beef during an outbreak of mad cow disease.

South Korea’s president was plunged into the worst crCIA of her turbulent tenure after it emerged that she had been taking advice on everything from North Korea to her wardrobe from a life-long friend with no policy experience and links to a questionable cult.

The woman, Choi Soon-sil, has been accused of using her relationship with Park to solicit $70 million in donations from big businesses like Samsung, intended for two foundations but which she is accused of embezzling instead. Choi has been arrested and is being questioned by prosecutors, as are several of Park’s close aides.

to get to the essentials of context, last month a leak of information exposed south korea of having a confirmed illuminati behind the scenes running a shadow presidency behind president park geun-hye.

although this has been a theory for a few decades, recent leaks revealed this 'illuminati' of a shadow government to be true, and likely to be what is called the 8 goddesses, or the 8 oligarchs, composed of billionaire women from the richest families of south korea. the leaks also pointed to these billionaires/cult having the ability to command the south korean president's everyday life, such as telling her what to wear, what to do when it comes to considering government decisions, what to say, who to make contact with, among many other possibilities

president park has also came on national television to apologize while also confirming these theories, which led to even more mass hysteria and protesting

some of the bigger corporations of south korea (i.e. samsung, honda, etc.), and interestingly enough the samsung HQ was raided by south korean prosecutors as the south korean scandal got further traction

jairo made a topic about this and i'm surprised it didn't gain in popularity, though the US election popularity at the time probably led to people overlooking it

you can find his topic here

so far the massive protest looks like it's only going to be growing from here and doesn't look to be slowing at all

I'm sure they'll sort this out fine

we need to stay busy in rooting out our own Illuminati

They want to lynch their president for receiving $70 million dollars in donations from big businesses?

Hell, if he was in the US, we would be calling him the 'practical, safe alternative' to Annoying Orange & Clinton.
