food consumption should be normal but constant throughout the day

don't just eat the entire day's meals in one go

and cut out the junk

Make your calorie input less than your calorie output.

if you aren't jacked u shut up

im on a diet
dont eat past 6pm i can tell you that much
eat stuff you like (thats still healthy though), don't force yourself to eat garbage that you don't like
i eat my veggies n stuff but i love my 7-grain rice (unbleached rice with 7 different types including the BEST rice/wheat, spelt.) my favourite, too.

A good way to start is to completely cut out other drinks. The only drinks I have now are water and hot tea.
A pretty cool thing that happens once you do start to eat healthy is your body will start to crave healthy food which will help you from eating bad. I recommend trying to get whoever you live with to join you on eating healthy as it's way easier to eat great when you don't have to stare those cookies down in the pantry in the first place!
