right click and click save image as car(must be titled this) and go to my summer car in Program Files(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/My Summer Car/Images and paste it there.
(you can also edit the images: e.g: changing the mugshot photo)
then you go ingame (press f5 to view the car) and go to a car repair shop and purchase the custom vehicle skin
