Using this as an example: 127.0.0.1:X.X.X.X
This is the local host ip right? So I was wondering how does one have different ports (X.X.X.X), for example 127.0.0.1:1799. Do I need to configure something to creaet a new port, what does this do exactly when someone add's a port to an IP?
