It wouldn't have been as much of a richard move if you just asked the teacher to have him moved, especially since she's probably aware of his diagnosis and would gladly do it for you. Calling him Spongebob to mentally-taze him was probably out of line.

Not too much harm was done, and Rigel likely just had a lapse of judgment from being… well, pissed. He did say that it wasn't really his preferred course of action.
It did have a bit of an underbite feel to it, though; seemingly picking stuff out of the air that you know will be a low blow for somebody isn't really a good sign of self-discipline

 I dont thing using their disability as an advantage and saying something that pretty much scares them was the best choice, but its good to stand up for yourself. just be calm about it, the kid cant really help it. At the end of your next class, just ask the teacher to change your seat, im sure they will understand.

It won't play out, it's the end of the semester and I did this while the class was reviewing for the midterm. I do have him in another class, but I'm not forced to sit next to him in there.
