750 evo, cheaper and faster transfer speed


The 850 unless you really need to save money. It's faster, has better flash chips with better write endurance and a longer warranty.

EDIT: Although to be fair, if you're only going to use it as a system/games disk you might not notice the difference.

that is the speed of the SATA connection, not of the drive itself. neither one of them will read or write at even 3GB/s. the read and write speeds are further down in the list, the 540 and 520MB/s numbers
I have an 850 EVO, and it's great. I can't say anything about the 750 though. there are some differences you can read on the samsung website that amazon doesn't mention. the 850 comes with a five-year warranty, the 750 is only three years

so you can probably imagine that the 850 will last you longer. how much time is $30 worth to you?
