Looking for Kalphiter's Elevators Add-on

I've been looking for it recently since I don't have it anymore, and the old download links are broken. I have tried searching about this on the forums but didn't find any solutions yet.. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Also, if you know what the add-on filename is called, for example: Server_Elevators.zip

Do a google search with that and it'll pull it up, if it can.
