Author Topic: I think I found the most incredible website for a phone ever.  (Read 2299 times)

Regardless of the phone's price-tag, well executed WebGL is always a nice sight to see.

what ever happened to phonebloks

phonebloks was more of a "hey here's this concept we think would work" not an actual project. then google with their "project ara" started collaborating with them and took it from there.

except they completely neutered the entire concept and reason for modular phones, then shelved the project. If you're still interested in modular phones, Puzzlephone seems very promising, but they don't seem to be very active or well-funded.

then there's the Fairphone, but I think everyone's already familiar with that. maybe.

news flash: the military uses the same stuff civilians use
newser flasher: the military uses a combination of the stuff we use and self made top secret stuff

aka the phone doesnt have top secret stuff built into it i loving hope

it doesn't
"military technology" doesn't mean anything in this context, "military-grade" does.

we (the military) uses windows...

There are people working in an undisclosed location to make sure that your stuff is secure. They monitor all traffic coming in to your phone, and block anything that is suspicious.
officially would not buy this phone even if I made a million dollars every day. that's the awfulest thing I have ever heard

we (the military) uses windows...
ok?

there's more to the military then just an operating system
