what if everything is emulated?

tbh surprised no other mobile console does this. it doesnt seem like a terribly hard thing to implement. definitely a deal maker.
When the PSVita loses charge it keeps everything there and goes back to it when it goes back on though

the psvita also loving sucks, though

the theory going around to why the vita failed was the the system was too powerful for its own good, not to mention the bullstuff propietary expensive memory cards you needed to play anything

Contrarily, I think the only reason the switch will succeed is because they have already heavily used IPs to smash out games for the system. Mario, Zelda, Pokemon, Splatoon, etc. along with new IPs like Arms that work well from the console side. Like what actually good IPs does sony have? I am positive the vita market was mostly JRPGs and other stuff you could get on a PS3/360. The top selling Vita game was god damn minecraft selling 2.27 million units. Even if we go down the list it's all stuff you can find on the ps3. there was no need for this. LittleBigPlanet? Assassin's Creed 3? Black ops? FFX? god damn, there's no actually worthwhile games!

i take back literally everything i said
The game being autosaved is a pretty inaccurate way to describe it. The Switch suspends the game and goes into sleep mode once the battery gets low enough.

Doesn't sound to impressive at first, but remember the Switch has a super efficient sleep mode that only drains 2% every 8 hours and having the game suspended is much better than having it forcefully autosaved imo.

hey thats pretty good
every day we come closer to the release of the switch is a day worth celebrating

Nintendo has betrayed us
do you just spit out whatever string of words comes to your head now?

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

It had no games that were suited for mobile. Sony needs a family friendly mascot like Crash again if they want s mobile system. The crash games were suited for mobile and even spin offs like Crash Bash and Crash Team Racing would be perfect for a mobile console.

the vita just had so little game exclusives in general lol

They actually had some okay exclusives, an entire cod game, resistance, killzone, the ratchet and clank collection. It's just that so many of these were just not suited for a mobile platform unlike Nintendo's games.
