Kids aren't dogs who can only learn simple patterns through repeated conditioning. You must always and should always tell your children why they were spanked should you ever use that form of discipline. Give them a little more credit. |

Also spanking them doesn't teach them that violence solves their problems. If you as their parent had a problem and the parent responded in violence or aggression, then that would be teaching the kids that violence solves problems |
