the affordable care act, dubbed "obamacare" by the right wing, was a law in 2010 which outlined healthcare subsidies and insurance coverage for over 20 million lower class americans. last week, the senate voted 51-48 to outline new obamacare policy, predictably to gut all funding. today the house voted in favor of that same bill, and so proceedings have begun to introduce a bill to formally repeal the affordable care act.

repealing obamacare is anticipated to cost $350 billion over the next decade and leave 20 million americans without health insurance.

loving christ thats mad dough. you mean that our tax money is now going to go towards demolishing an affordable health plan that provided health care to millions of people?
