don't worry, it's an automatic process by the body
its called cancer

they couldn't be used as a substitute for a human's cells. they've mutated to the point of not having the same number of chromosomes as a human cell. in addition, these cells still have the genome of the woman they came from, Henrietta Lacks.
a human body would either reject these cells, or the cells would multiply so fast they'd kill the person (cancer)
