my brother got some radio thing playing in his speakers if the jack wasn't plugged in a certain way, sounded like some radio talk show thing on am radio
it's getting interference from whatever radio is in your local area in the certain frequency that is interfering with it
the first solution to try is what tezuni said about zip ties, or do plan b: save up for a better set of speakers that isn't cheaply made

I was driving my van through town the other day and my usual radiostation was receiving some irregular interference. I could hear a woman saying "Are you there? Do you read me?" in a desperate tone and then the signal disappeared. Not joking either. Nothing i could do about it so i picked up a large pizza and slept in after eating the whole thing. I think I may have avoided becoming the main character to some kind of plot thank goodness.
