Well thing is, I live in an apartment, and our landlord is apparently allergic to pets, including cats, so that's not an option.
Through the landlord's husband did come down and put some poison inducing stuff inside the holes for the mice to touch and spread to others by cleaning off. At this point I would say it's a matter of time before the whole nest is dead.
