downgraded cpu to i5 7600k (you do NOT need a 7700k)
changed cpu cooler to hyper 212 evo (a bit cheaper than the cryorig, i have it in my pc and it works great for overclocks)
changed gpu to a gtx 1070 (really great gpu, will handle games wonderfully)
changed psu to an evga supernova 650 (a bit more expensive, but fully modular and works very nicely)

don't forget with the i7 7700k, Kaby Lake is pretty much the exact same as Sky Lake, get an i5-6600k, I got one with my 1070 and stuff runs beautifully.
