why do you guys own so many steam games that you never play

Ill buy a bundle with 1 game I am interested in and 12 others i have no interest in for $1. It ended up really bloating my steam library.

There's a time where I want to buy a game, but then I get bored of it, and I'm too lazy to refund it.

I just get games to either increase my Steam level if I'm close to the next level or to just get my game count up for nothing. Rarely at times I get a game and I actually play it.
