i am beginning to see small trace amounts of blood on my toilet paper

I took a giga stuff yesterday that was two lumps, it was actually shaped near like a brick
now whenever I take a stuff that is slightly large/thick I see trace amounts of blood
am I dying? pls send help

occasionally when I have a gigastuff, I look at the stuff to see what monstrosity tore through my rectum
